Service Changes Coming on March 1st, 2018


Please be aware that we are making changes in order to streamline our service offering and support processes.

Effective March 1st , Rhyzome customers will no longer be able to purchase access codes from The CompuDoc. This will be replaced with purchasing access codes from Festival Hydro building at 187 Erie Street (cash only) or directly from the Rhyzome Pay Portal.

Access codes will now be issued as shown below:

A number of exciting changes are in the works that will continue to help us shape your experience in order to better service your needs. Watch for more information on those in the future.

Technical Support for your Rhyzome connection can be contacted:

  • Through our website (www.rhyzome.ca)
  • By emailing support@rhyzome.ca; or,
  • By calling 519-271-4633.

Support can be reached during office hours, which are: Monday to Friday 8:30 am – 4:30 pm

If you require on-site service for an issue that is unrelated to your antenna’s operation or our equipment there is a $50 service charge to be paid at the time of service. You will be advised in advance if this charge is applicable. We believe that the highest compliment we can receive comes from our valued customers referring their friends and family, and we want to thank you! Our customer referral program is one way that we can show our appreciation.

Tell a friend who has not used Rhyzome internet about our service, and if they purchase the new customer package ($199 for antenna, installation and 90 days of unlimited access), we will give you 30 days of unlimited internet access for free as a thank you upon the successful installation and activation of your friend’s services (no cash value).
